Chef Michael Elliott has revamped the modern Italian culinary offerings at Baci Ristorante and oversees all food service operations at the C Hotel.
Mike’s first started in the kitchen under the guidance of celebrity Chef Susur Lee where he apprenticed at Lee Restaurant for 4 years. He continued to hone his skills working at Blacktree, Mildred’s Temple Kitchen, and Il Fornello before stepping into the role as Executive Chef at Greystone Golf Club. For over 5 years, Mike oversaw two a la carte restaurants and the banqueting department.
His passion for cooking led him to the classroom where he was an instructor at Mohawk College teaching basic and advanced cooking classes for continuing education, and at the LCBO where he conducted cooking demonstrations for many years.
