FAQs
How many guests does our restaurant accommodate?
Baci Ristorante can accommodate groups of up to 50 guests for a plated meal. Groups of 20 or more guests are required to order from a pre-determined prix fix menu. The menu is determined ahead of time and your guests order with our serving staff on the day of.
Tables of 1-8 guests can be booked easily via OpenTable. For reservations for 9+ guests please e-mail info@baciristorante.ca.
Can we specify table sizes and configurations? We’d like to have member of same household sit together
Yes, absolutely. Our tables can be configured to meet almost all requests for specific seating arrangements.
Does our restaurant offer a private dining space?
Baci is an open-concept public dining room. Baci is available as a private dining space on Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday evenings, or Saturday & Sunday afternoons, provided a minimum spend is met. If a private dining experience isn’t discussed explicitly then it’s safe to assume that our dining room will be open to the public in addition to your reservation.
Do you require a deposit to secure my large group booking?
We do require a deposit to secure large reservations. The $250 deposit is deducted from your bill on the day of.
What kind of linen and décor options does Baci provide?
Baci does not provide any linen or décor options. Our newly renovated restaurant is quite beautiful on its own and our tables do not require linen. Should you like to provide balloons or some other small decorations please let us know so we can be sure to leave enough space for them. Should you require an additional table for a cake or any personal effects please let us know and we can certainly accommodate.
Can I bring my own cake/cookies/sweets/etc?
Of course you can. If you would like to provide your own cake we are happy to assist with cutting and plating for $2/person.
How does the bar work?
All our large group prix fix menus include non-alcoholic beverages and coffee & tea. Alcohol is charged on a consumption basis. Premium coffee (cappuccino/expresso/latte/etc) are also charged by consumption. If you would like to specify a particular wine for table service please let us know.
Do you have a kids menu?
Baci does offer a kids menu to children who do not wish to order from the prix fix menu. Kids items are charged a la carte pricing so they are not charged the full cost of the prix fix menu. Prices range from $7-$12. We have high chairs available by request.
Some of my guests have specific dietary restrictions
Our team is trained and well-versed in safe food handling procedures as it relates to cross contamination. Be aware our kitchen does use nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat, shellfish, and other possible allergens. But proper due diligence is always taken when preparing food.
Any other charges or fees that I should be made aware of?
All the listed prices are subject to applicable HST. We also implement an 18% service charge. This service charge is a gratuity and is distributed to the restaurant staff in its entirety.
How do I go about making a large group booking?
Fill out and submit the following form in its entirety. Please make sure to include your email address, desired date and time, and estimated number of guests. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
